Festival della Letteratura di Viaggio
22-25 Sept. This interesting festival is dedicated to the art of travel literature in its various forms: books, films, photographs, drama and blogs, and is organised by the Italian Geographical Society.
The ninth edition of the festival comprises more than 30 events including exhibitions, encounters, awards, workshops, guided tours and lectures, with a particular focus this year on islands and archipelagos.
The festival is once again based in Villa Celimontana’s Palazzetto Mattei and its gardens. For full festival programme see website.
