30 June 2011. Ballet Gala. This annual event traditionally closes the Maggio Musicale Festival in the spectacular setting of Piazza della Signoria. The gala foresees a selection of classical and contemporary solos, pas de deuxs and variations by soloists of the resident Florentine Ballet Company.
