Fragili eroi. Storia di una collezione
11 Feb-10 April. More than 80 works by artists belonging to the various "Roman Schools" of art, from the 1930s to the present day.
The show begins with work from the Expressionistic Scuola Romana which began at the Via Cavour home of artists Mario Mafai and Antoinetta Raphaël and lasted from 1928 to 1945.
The exhibition is formed around the collection of the art critic Roberto Gramiccia and is centred around his book Fragili eroi (Fragile Heroes) which documents important Italian artists from the early 20th century up to more contemporary times.
