The Castlederg Gaelic Football Club team travels to Rome from Ireland this weekend to take on the local side S.S. Lazio Calcio Gaelico, formerly known as the Rome Gaelic Football Club.
The friendly will be played at 11.00 on Saturday 21 February at the Rome club's usual training pitch at RomaRugby on Via delle tre Fontane 5.
Club secretary Cormac MacLochlainn told Wanted in Rome "We have made a commemorative plaque for the Castederg team to take back with them, which in Irish says An té a bhíónn siúlach, bíonn scéalach which translates as He who travels, has stories to tell!"
For full details of the match see club's Facebook page.
