19 June. The Settembrini restaurant and bistro in the Prati district of Rome presents a special dinner with chef Mickael Viljanen and his kitchen team from the Michelin-starred Greenhouse Restaurant in Dublin, on the evening of Sunday 19 June.
The four-course tasting menu includes canapes, foie gras royale, apple, walnut, smoked eel; barbecued turbot, peas, broad beans, oyster, horseradish; pigeon "au sang", apricot, almond, girolle; chocolate, wild strawberries and caramel; followed by tea/coffee with petit fours.
Born in Sweden in 1981, Viljanen has worked at The Greenhouse Restaurant since 2012 and has twice received the Chef of the Year award by Food & Wine magazine.
