Independence Day Celebration 2016
2 July. The American International Club of Rome (AICR) holds its annual Independence Day celebrations at the Acquedotto Romano Polo Club on Saturday 2 July from 16.00-21.00.
The admission price includes live music from Ross and the Doormats, a polo match, games and crafts for children, a snack/dessert bar, beverages, raffle prizes, the opportunity to pet horses and possibly even a helicopter ride. Additional food will be available for purchase at discounted prices from T-Burger Station, The Truck.
Advanced ticket purchase is required by Thursday 30 June, and no tickets will be sold at the door.
The Acquedotto Romano Polo Club is a stud farm in the Monte Compatri countryside, east of Rome, near the last stop on the Metro C. For those arriving by public transport there will be a free shuttle service from the Monte Compatri/Pantano metro station, between 15.30 and 17.00, with return shuttle buses leaving the party from 20.00-21.30.
