The Irish Club of Rome will be holding a children's picnic and BBQ on the lawns of the Pontifical Irish College on Sunday 21 September from 13.30-16.00.

The event includes children's games and activities such as pass-the-parcel, three-legged race, egg and spoon race, and face painting.

For the adults there is a quiz, with prizes. Food includes burgers and hot dogs.

The event ends at 16.00 to allow guests time to view Donegal and Kerry battling it out at the All Ireland football final, which will be screened in several Irish pubs in Rome at 16.30.

Guests are asked to bring along a dish or drinks. Entry for adults is €5, no entry charge for children.
