24 Nov-14 Jan. The MAC Maja Arte Contemporanea presents Eden, the gallery's second exhibition by celebrated Italian artist Isabella Ducrot, following her 2014 show Interno giorno.

Curated by Daina Maja Titonel, the exhibition comprises Ducrot's new collection of 11 works which use paper both as an artistic medium and as a narrative thread.

As Nora Iosia writes in the show's accompanying text: "Ducrot does not violate the paper's colour with her chromatic scheme; instead, she allows the paper take part in the narrative."

Born in Naples in 1931, Ducrot is a long-term Rome resident and over her career has held major exhibitions in Rome, Milan, Paris, Berlin and New York.
