The American University of Rome’s department of international relations is holding its usual Italian Elections Conference on Friday 8 March, following the elections on 24-25 February.
As in previous years, participants will include a mixture of scholars, commentators, observers and journalists, as well as Italian politicians Senator Lucio Malan of the Popolo della Libertà (PdL) and Hon. Federica Mogherini of the Partito Democratico (PD).
The keynote speakers are Paul Ginsborg of the University of Florence and Gianfranco Pasquino of the University of Bologna.
The event, which begins at 09.30 and concludes with at 17.00, is open to the public. For full details see AUR website.
