James Hopkins-Conrad Ventur.
12 Oct-22 Nov 2008. This exhibition displays the works by the British contemporary artist James Hopkins and the American Conrad Ventur. Hopkins presents a series of sculptural meditations on the passing and perception of time and the inevitability of death. He has transformed familiar objects into completely different items in order to propose an alternative reading of their function. Ventur re-presents Marlene Dietrich performing Pete Seeger's anti-war song
