30 Jan-18 Feb 2012. An exhibition of kites and spinning tops is on show at the Japanese Institute of Culture. Enjoyed in Japan for over 1,200 years, the toys are still made by Japanese craftsmen according to traditional designs and the country hosts many kite festivals.
