Julio Bocca & Balletto Argentino.
10-15 June 2003. In Boccatango, choreography by Ana Maria Stekelman. Born in Buenos Aires in 1967, Bocca began dancing at the age of four. He gained international recognition aged 18 when he won the gold medal in the Moscow International Ballet Contest. He then joined the American Ballet Theatre, with which he dances to this day. As a guest artist, he also dances with the worlds most prestigious companies, and since 1990 he and his partner Eleonora Cassano have been touring with their own company Ballet Argentino, which includes many tango numbers in its repertoire.
