5-29 Sept 2005. After last years success, the Accademia di S. Cecilia plays a prelude to its regular season with a festival dedicated to Mozart as music institutions prepare to celebrate the 250th anniversary of his birth in 2006. Concerts, films and drama exclusively dedicated to the figure and the music of Mozart fill the auditorium all of September. Each concert, featuring world-class musicians, is preceded by an introduction conducted by Corrado Augias together with a special guest from the world of the arts.
