Poetry competition

The Keats-Shelley House in collaboration with McDonalds in Piazza di Spagna has launched the 15th annual poetry prize. Categories and themes are as follows: for the 5-9 year olds, Hurricane or Message in a bottle; for the 10-13 year olds, Magnetism or A shot in the dark; and for the 14-18 year olds, Perspective or No-mans land. Entries can be in either Italian or English and must not exceed 50 lines. The deadline for submissions is 27 April. The winners will be announced in mid-May.
