Libri Come festival in Rome
18-20 March. Rome’s seventh annual festival devoted to books and reading, in the company of international and Italian writers, takes place at the Auditorium Parco Della Musica from 18-20 March.
The festival features conferences, interviews, lectures, workshops and readings, and among the guests this year are British novelists Jonathan Coe and Sophie Kinsella, and American writers Adam Gopnik and Elliot Ackerman.
Under the title Roma e le altre (città), the festival examines the role of cities in modern writing, as well as including a special theatrical section dedicated to Shakespeare on the 400th anniversary of his death.
