Living in a Foreign Land
The Almost Corner Bookshop presents Living in a Foreign Land, a reading by Rome-based author Sari Gilbert on Friday 27 February, at 19.30.
Gilbert, who moved to Rome from New York in 1972 to work as a foreign correspondent, will be reading from and talking about her book My Home Sweet Home: Living (and Loving) in the Eternal City.
This will be followed by a discussion, open to all, on the joys and challenges of moving to and living in Italy.
Refreshments will be served at the event which ends at 21.30.
