Skylight showing in Rome
Cinema audiences in Rome can look forward to seeing Skylight by David Hare, recorded from London's National Theatre, on Tuesday 3 February.
The production will be screened in its original language with subtitles in Italian and can be viewed at five cinemas in Rome, for one day only.
Skylight is directed by Stephen Daldry, and stars Carey Mulligan and Bill Nighy.
Winner of the Olivier Award for Best New Play in 1996, it explores the highly charged relationships of Tom and his former lover Kyra as their unexpected reunion ignites not just viable passion but also their long-standing ideological differences.
