Lucy Hughes-Hallett at Keats-Shelley House
Author will be signing copies of her best-selling biography of Gabriele D'Annunzio
British cultural historian and biographer Lucy Hughes-Hallett joins the Keats-Shelley House for an evening devoted to the charismatic but controversial Italian poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, on Thursday 9 October at 18.30.
Hughes-Hallett will read from and talk about her award-winning biography The Pike: Gabriele D'Annunzio: Poet, Seducer & Preacher of War. The event will be in English and followed by a prosecco reception and book-signing with the author.
Copies of the book will be on sale at the museum's gift shop. Tickets for the event cost €8 and must be purchased in advance through the Keats-Shelley House, info@ksh.roma.it or tel. 066784235.
