18 September. One of Britain's foremost violinists, Madeleine Mitchell has performed in over 40 countries as a soloist in a wide repertoire in major international venues.
Mitchell performs the music of prominent British composers over the last century, such as Edward Elgar, William Alwyn, Frederick Delius, William Walton, James MacMillan and Frank Bridge, with pianist Richard Saxel.
The event takes place at the British School at Rome, in honour of HM The Queen's diamond jubilee.
