Mangasia: Wonderlands of Asian Comics
7 Oct-21 Jan. This exhibition presents a comprehensive look at Asian comic books, displaying original cartoons alongside their publications. The show also delves into the creative process leading to the comics' creation, from scripts and sketches to design and layout. The works on display come mainly from Japan, North Korea, South Korea, India, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore. The exhibition also includes works from emerging scenes such as Buthan, Cambodia, East Timor, Mongolia and Vietnam.
