The Valentina Bonomo gallery presents an exhibition by Marie Harnett, a young English artist whose works are inspired by the world of cinema.
Harnett focuses on intense and pivotal film scenes and her hyper-real pencil drawings on paper often deceive viewers into thinking they are looking at black and white photographs.
This exhibition continues her cinema theme, with five drawings based on the film Heleno, ten drawings based on The Great Gatsby, 15 drawings on Anna Karenina and five mezzotint engravings based on Factory Girl.
