2 Dec-6 Jan 2006. The second edition of this festival dedicated to tango, dance and theatre takes place under the auspices of city authorities and features famous names and emerging artists as well as a programme of traditional tango evenings back to back with innovative and often anti-traditional performances. Some of the stars to look out for are Pablo Veron, Esteban Moreno and Claudia Codega; on the more experimental side, Tangotheatre productions such as I Milonghris, P. From Piazzolla to Prince and The Black Way to Tango stand out. Milonga evenings for all are part and parcel of the festival as are a series of workshops.
