17-20 June 2003. Directed by Riccardo Cavallo, texts adapted by Fiammetta Carena. This is described as a theatrical event; the public is not seated as in an ordinary theatre, but goes on a special tour of Castel S. Angelo in the silent presence of the Emperor Hadrian who eternally wanders the rooms and corridors of what was once his tomb. The story comes together as historical personalities who were imprisoned in the castle tell their tale, meet their judges, and relive their past.
