Mini House in Giappone - Costruire l'impossibile
14 Oct - 13 Dec 2003. An exhibition looking at the minimalist homes that are springing up in nooks and crannies of overcrowded Japanese cities where space is at a premium. New materials and structural ideas are being employed to render mini-houses viable in the tiniest of plots, where to build would be unthinkable in the west. T. Nishizawa, S. Okuyama, H. Wakamatsu, M. Sato, J. Tamaki, Atelier Bow-Wow and F.O.B.A. are among the architects whose work will be on show.
