Minimalist Music.
A piano concert entitled Metamorphosis accompanied by video footage, based on music by contemporary American composer Philip Glass will be held at Bibli bookshop on Friday 25 March at 21.00. Alessandra Celletti will play the piano. Considered one of the fathers of the current minimalist movement, Glass attempts to create a hypnotic climate in his music, using the repetition of rhythms and melodies. The video elaboration, coordinated by Federico Triulzi and Celletti, aims to imitate this same style.
