14 May, 19-21 May. Mitsuko Uchida performs for Accademia S. Cecilia
In a recent interview with the Daily Telegraph Mitsuko Uchida said “I have reached the age when I can step back. I don't have to run around giving 120 concerts a year – 50 is enough for me.” So S. Cecilia is fortunate to have Uchida not just for a piano recital on 15 May (music by Mozart and Schumann) but also for three performances with the S.
