Alia Scalvini's (b. 1980 Castiglione delle Stiviere) first solo exhibition in Rome includes, among works of various techniques, two video installations (one of which, "Crossing the Fields" won the Terna 02 prize and was exhibited at MAXXI) in 2009. Scalvini explores the encounter between art and science with particular attention to space. The artist has exhibited in Berlin, Shanghai, Teheran, Istanbul, Belgrad, Bologna, Rome and Milan.
