This is the eleventh edition of what has become a traditional Christmas musical event organised by the Associazione Culturale Isola dei Ragazzi directed by organist Livia Mazzanti in conjunction with city authorities. Protagonist of this edition is the organ and the programme reflects its history from when it was first conceived and built in the Egyptian city of Alexandria over 2,000 years ago.
