5 June-28 Sept 2008. This long-running music festival takes place in the archaeological site of the Teatro di Marcello. The programme consists mainly in recitals and chamber music concerts by Italian and foreign artists including, the Japanese pianist Hiroshi Takasu, who plays the traditional mid-summer recital 15 Aug 2008.
