Due to popular demand, the run of Old Times has been extended to a final show on Wednesday 13 March at 20.30.
Gaby Ford and The English Theatre of Rome present "Old Times" by Harold Pinter.
The challenge has been accepted. Battle is engaged. The battleground is possession and the weapons in this case are sex and language: the language of innuendo, cultural discomfiture, the slight verbal excess staking an emotional claim. Truth has not much to do with it. The winner is the one who can impose his or her version of the past.
Succumb to Pinter's sensational language the meaning of which moves beneath the words rather than being formed by them and allow it to mesmerise you. Directed by Barry Brunetti, with Douglas Dean, Alexia Murray and Dyanne White.
Tickets €15, reduced (students, teachers, clubs) €12, large groups €10. For full contact details see website.
