The Palazzo delle Esposizioni reopens to the public for the first time after five years of restoration work with three major exhibitions.

Mark Rothko. 6 Oct 2007-6 Jan 2008. Retrospective of the Latvian-born American painter curated by Oliver Wick presenting carefully selected groups of works especially conceived to increase their visual impact.

Stanley Kubrick. 6 Oct 2007-6 Jan 2008. Exhibition dedicated to the American film director with personal notes, photographs, backstage films and costumes.

Mario Ceroli. 6 Oct-2 Dec 2007. Works by Italian sculptor Ceroli, who has also designed theatre and film sets, highlighting his use of different materials including wood, glass, sand, material and ash.
