Paolo Antonio Paschetto: Artista Decoratore fra Liberty e Déco
The Casino dei Principi Villa Torlonia honours the painter, designer and illustrator Paolo Paschetto (1885-1963) on the 50th anniversary of his death.
The artist's various styles incorporated both the Liberty and Art Déco movements as evidenced by the selection of exhibited works, many of which have never been displayed publically before.
The exhibition spans his career from his religious paintings to his advertising works and even his design for the official emblem of the Italian Republic, adopted in 1948.
