Paolo Pedroni: Poison Toffee Apples
5 Dec-23 Jan. Italian artist Paolo Pedroni presents 18 oil paintings and four drawings telling the story of Furry, an imaginary child characterised by a peculiar hairy face.
Pedroni's bizarre work belongs very much in the Pop Surrealism category, in which the Dorothy Circus Gallery specialises, but is also partly inspired by paintings from the Mannerist and Baroque eras.
