Postcard from America - Evening Concert at St Paul's Within the Walls
Music. The Irvington High School Wind Orchestra and Choir, from New York, USA will be giving a free concert at St Paul's Within the Walls. Directed by Alan Goldberg and Janet Gillespie tonight's programme will include music by Verdi, Puccini, Respighi, Gershwin and Bernstein - celebrating Italy's musical heritage with a Postcard from America. This is the first European tour for this group of young musicians and they have been working hard to raise the necessary funds. An outstanding musical celebration to be enjoyed.
