Profondo Giappone
Traditional Japanese culture is celebrated in the photographs of Sanjiro Minamikawa who spent 20 years documenting rituals at the Ise Grand Shrine dedicated to Amaterasu-ōmikami, a goddess of the sun and the universe, and a major deity of the Shinto religion.
The 70 photographs on display are printed on Japanese washi paper, made traditionally using fibres from the bark of the Gampi tree.
