Robert Plant in concert.
6 April 2005. A rock legend and one-time front man of one of heavy metals greatest ever groups, Led Zeppelin, Plant is no stranger to the worlds biggest venues. Robert Plant is currently touring in support of his new solo album Mighty Rearranger, a 12-track album that should hit the stores in Europe on 25 April. A single from the album called Shine It All Around, is due for release on 18 April. The flurry of activity marks Plant's first studio work since 2002's Dreamland and his first original material since 1993. The result is a fearsome blend of tribal beats, bluesy guitar work and the mystical balladry for which Plant is famous. Mighty Rearranger was recorded last year in Wales and England with the group Strange Sensation, Plants backing band since 2002's well-received covers collection Dreamland, and the inspiration behind the new CDs new songs. Tickets cost 42.75.
