30 May-5 July. The fourth edition of this annual festival moves from Villa Mercede in S. Lorenzo to the gardens of Castel S. Angelo.
Dedicated to independent theatre of all genres, the action takes place on three separate stages and features performance, drama, comedy, street art, stand-up, sung theatre, theatrical dance, improvisation, and puppet theatre.
The programme comprises a substantial amount of Italian and foreign acts (see website for full details) and the €5 ticket fee is paid directly to the theatre companies before the show. Daily from 19.30.
