The Romanesco food festival celebrates the culinary cuisine of Rome and the surrounding area with a series of traditional dishes served in a selection of 16 well-known restaurants.
The festival takes place from 13 March to 23 April and is dedicated to the best of local cuisine such as tonnarelli cacio e pepe, bucatini alla gricia, various artichoke dishes, coda alla vaccinara, cosciotto di maialino porchettato, pesto di fagiolini, and baccalà.
