17-19 June. The third edition of the Rome Cocktail Week, a three-day festival dedicated to mixology, takes place at the Officine Farneto from 17-19 June.
In addition to sampling cocktails - 50 of which have been created specially for the occasion - the event offers masterclasses in mixology, food, and cocktail competitions between professional bartenders.
