23 Sept. Palazzo Farnese opens its doors on Sunday 23 September from 09.00 to 21.00 as part of Rome's 2018 European Heritage Days.
Free entry without reservation. Last admission at 20.00.
Among other things, it will be possible to visit the Sala dei Fasti farnesiani, the Salone d'Ercole and the Carracci gallery. The Ecole française de Rome will open its library.
The headquarters of the French embassy in Italy receives about 50,000 visitors a year between the guided tours, managed by the Inventer Rome association, and the numerous events organised by the various offices of the embassy.
Access to the palace will be refused to persons in possession of luggage, suitcases or backpacks, prams or strollers, food and drinks. It is essential to have an identity document.
