Sabatelli and Pirandello
An exhibition of drawings by Luigi Sabatelli (1772-1850) and Fausto Pirandello (1899-1975). Sabatelli was an Italian painter of the Neoclassic period, from Florence, while Pirandello was a Roman painter attached to the Scuola romana art movement, and was the son of Nobel laureate Luigi Pirandelli. Curated by Rita Camerlingo, this is the beginning a series of exhibitions which, with quarterly rotation, will display some of the museum's collection on paper from the 19th and 20th centuries.
