27 Nov-5 Dec 2004. Horse-riding is increasingly popular in France now ranking fifth nationwide amongst the countrys sporting activities. The Salon du Cheval stands out as a colourful, informative conclusion to the years horse-riding events. The 2004 show is the ideal opportunity to meet professionals and amateurs from the equestrian world and visit some of the more than 500 exhibitions covering a 53,000 sqm area. Several thousand visitors are expected, last years show welcomed more than 180,000 from the four corners of France and beyond. A number of attractions, non-stop features and one-off major events such as the Night of the Horse or the Parade through Paris will be provided for the visiting public to enjoy. Everything is being done to ensure that the Salon du Cheval 2004 is a unique opportunity to make new contacts or renew existing ones and sense the future direction of the horse world.
