Spanish Film Festival in Rome
3-8 May. The 11th edition of the capital's Spanish Film Festival takes place at the Cinema Farnese Persol in Campo de' Fiori. The week-long event features a mixture of classic and contemporary Spanish-language cinema from Spain and Latin America. Along with special guests from the world of Spanish cinema, the Nueva Ola (New Wave) section of the festival showcases both mainstream and independent Spanish movies.
