18 April-20 Sept. Work by celebrated photographer and Magnum photoreporter Steve McCurry is on show at the newly-opened exhibition space Teatro1 at Rome's Cinecittà film studios.

On display are over 150 large-format photos from around the world, predominantly new work but also featuring some of McCurry's best known images from throughout his 30-year career, including his famous Afghan Girl portrait.

The image appeared on the front cover of National Geographic in 1985 and has since been named the most recognised photograph in the magazine's history.

The exhibition also has six videos explaining McCurry's techniques and views on photography.
