21 June-7 Aug. The summer jazz festival at Rome’s Casa del Jazz offers concerts by important Italian and international acts over six weeks in the Caracalla area of the city.
The line-up includes Chris Potter (3 July), Paolo Damiani – Rosario Giuliani – Michele Rabbia (10 July), Wolfgang Muthspiel quintet including Jeff Ballard on drums (13 July), John Scofield with Dennis Chambers on drums (18 July), Bill Frisell (21 July), Charles Lloyd (28 July), Peter Erskine (1 Aug), Ada Montellanico (7 Aug).
