Taryn Simon: Paperwork and The Will of Capital
14 April-24 June. The Gagosian Gallery Rome presents an exhibition of the most recent body of work by multidisciplinary artist Taryn Simon.
On display are 12 sculptures – stylised concrete flower-presses – and 36 large, colourful photos in mahogany frames.
Following her participation in last year's Venice Biennnale, this is the first solo exhibition in Italy for the New York artist whose work incorporates photography, text, sculpture and performance.
