22 Oct. More than 100 theaters across Italy open their doors to the public for a day of free activities on Saturday 22 October, as part of this year's Teatro Aperti initiative.
Events include theatre and dance performances, concerts, operas, guided tours, open rehearsals, meetings with filmmakers and artists, workshops, conferences, readings and lectures.
Teatri Aperti is an initiative promoted by the Italian culture ministry and the national association of the performing arts.
The participating theatres in Rome are Teatro Argentina and Teatro India, Teatro dell'Opera di Roma, Teatro Quirino Vittorio Gassman, and Teatro Parioli Peppino de Filippo.
