The Lady Sings the Blues for Vitala Festival in Rome
Blues concert and Rome crowdfunder for Vitala Festival.
11 May. Rome's Vitala Festival hosts The Lady Sings the Blues, a blues acoustic session by Emanuela Di Pietro and special guests, at Teatro S. Genesio on 11 May.
The concert, which takes place at 18.00, also launches the forthcoming crowdfunding campaign in support of the philanthropic Vitala Festival of cultural events.
The versatile singer and performer Emanuela Di Pietro returns to the Vitala Festival in a new guise, leaving for this special occasion, the rock, blues, pop and funk bands that she performs with to focus on a solo concert, in acoustic key.
Accompanied by Emiliano Caivano on guitar and Eddie Zengeni on harmonica, Di Pietro promises to take the audience on an "evocative, refined and exciting journey, through the blues classics and beyond."
Tickets costing €13 (reduced €11 for students) include pre-concert aperitivo (drink + refreshments), available from 17.00.
