The Roman houses beneath the Church of SS. Giovanni e Paolo.
20 Feb, 12, 27 March 2005. This is not really theatre but dramatisation. Spectators are invited to visit the Roman houses by night under the guidance of archaeologist Raoul Filacchioni, and accompanied by actors Amandio Pinheiro and Alessandro Ricece, who perform literary interludes to evoke scenes from pagan and Christian life in Rome. The aim of these performances that follow this unusual itinerary is to recreate the atmosphere of everyday life as depicted in Latin literature. Cooperativa Spazio Libero.
