Tramjazz in Rome: Errichetta Underground
30 April. Errichetta Underground, a band of eight musicians playing music from the Yiddish world and the Balkans, stages the ninth edition of the Erichetta Festival on Tuesday 30 April.
The evening begins with a concert at 17.00 at S. Giovanni Metro station (junction between lines A and C, Viale Castrense exit), before the troupe perform for Tramjazz, staring from Porta Maggiore at 21.00, including a dance at the Colosseum at 22.30.
Since 2011 the band has produced the Errichetta Festival, a Rome event dedicated to traditional music, featuring musicians from the Middle East, North Africa and the Balkans.
